On the first anniversary of Marin’s passing, we asked everyone who ever had any opportunity to meet Marin to share their stories with us. Thank you, Mary, for allowing us to share it with others.

How did you know Marin: Tower Lakes Neighbor

I have known Marin a long time. Bridget and I spend many days walking together. When we needed someone to watch out dog and cat, Bridget suggested Marin. There are MANY stories about Marin and our pets but my favorite is when we got a new cat – named Little Cat. Little Cat did not want attention from anyone but me for a while. Marin tried so hard to get Little Cat to come to her or sit near her. Finally, one day when I was away, Little Cat came over to Marin and let her cuddle with her. Marin was so happy to finally get Little Cat to hang out with her. They were both good cuddlers. We all miss Marin! But we are comforted knowing she is still taking care of our many pets (Winnie, Tigger, Benny (Jack) up in Heaven.❤
