On the first anniversary of Marin’s passing, we asked everyone who ever had any opportunity to meet Marin to share their stories with us. Thank you, Audrey, for allowing us to share it with others.

How did you know Marin: We were friends throughout high school

During gym class when we were walking along the track, and we spotted a praying mantis. I remember she said “hell yeah!” and we went and pet the praying mantis. It showed me how unique nature is, but also how we should appreciate it more. I miss her so much.
