Like Marin, Maddie leads through her actions and the way she treats those around her. According to her coach, Maddie consistently encourages her teammates to rise above frustration and negativity, setting a positive example on and off the field. She is one of the most respectful and hardworking athletes her coach has encountered, demonstrating a level of humility and selflessness that puts her team before herself. While those qualities may not always earn the spotlight, they are exactly what make her so deserving of this recognition.

Maddie reminds us that true impact is measured not only by accomplishments, but by how we support others, carry ourselves, and contribute to something greater than ourselves.
